About the Role

The role requires AI literacy and offers significant access and influence in decision-making, working closely with partners to enhance pipeline and secure key deals.

Responsibilities

Hunt down the best founders before others discover them.
Build creative sourcing strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Deep dive on markets, models, and metrics.
Develop sharp theses on market direction and drive analysis for investment decisions.
Build relationships with founders and ecosystem players to generate deal flow and trust.
Support portfolio companies with critical issues such as GTM, hiring, and strategy.

Requirements

3-5 years of VC deal team experience
Preference for AI and industrials (manufacturing, logistics, agtech, etc.)
Voraciously curious with strong, defensible points of view
Hunter mentality: proactively find opportunities
Exceptional communicator
Strong analytical skills
Independent operator who knows when to collaborate
Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate)
Willing to work in office 3 days/week
Demonstrated drive, judgment, and ability to deliver
