About the Role
Provide a consistent, superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge. Embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines to ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes and orders
- Sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross-sell and up-sell products
- Provide owner education
- Assist with events
- Create leads from consumer events
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years in premium retail sales and customer service experience
- Experience with events coordination and management
- Experience working in a team environment
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends, mall hours
