About the Role
Redi Carpet, a leader in the multi-family flooring industry, seeks a dynamic Regional Vice President to drive growth and operational excellence across the West region. This role involves shaping strategy, inspiring high-performing teams, and translating market insights into measurable success, making a lasting impact with an established market leader.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the region.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, aligning with vision and objectives.
- Manage and oversee specific goals and action plans for all regional branch locations.
- Hold direct reports accountable for results.
- Drive new regional business opportunities and support national account programs.
- Implement company policies and procedures while achieving sales quotas and gross profit targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop General Managers for each business unit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key regional customers and suppliers.
- Manage the complete sales and expense budget for the region.
- Oversee national marketing efforts.
- Analyze and investigate solutions.
- Achieve planned results through professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Recommend and make decisions on new programs/initiatives with significant business impact.
- Manage large or multiple small teams through subordinate management and supervisory staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a related field.
