About the Role
Support brokerage activities by providing financial analysis, financial reporting, tactical implementation, and completing special projects to aid client and brokerage team decision-making. Execute job functions with high quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex lease and financing structures, and sensitivity analyses.
- Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools, including macro-enabled financial models.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
- Assist with the preparation of client deliverables and presentations.
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for project specific deliverables and valuation models.
- Read, review, and track real estate documents (e.g., proposals, leases).
- Organize historical client contact and activity.
- Oversee proprietary database data entry and projects for the intern team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
- Excel valuations, financial analysis, and market research experience preferred.
- Knowledge of a geographic information systems (GIS) platform is a major plus.
- Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload.
- Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
