  • Lead the order management and booking process, driving contract execution to efficiently transition deals to Closed-Won.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external CPA and federal (DCAA) auditors. Support federal/state tax compliance, Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS), and government filing requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and RevOps to manage end-to-end booking and contract execution, ensuring operational efficiency and revenue integrity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Public Sector GM, providing contract profitability analysis, pipeline visibility, cash drawdown forecasting, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage collections and cash forecasting to optimize liquidity and departmental spend.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of financial systems to automate tasks and strengthen internal controls.
  • Lead special projects, from new system integrations to complex financial modeling, as the business scales.

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
  • Strong background in federal cost accounting principles, including familiarity with FAR/DFARS and CAS compliance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems proficiency
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-tech environments
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
