About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Post-production Producer (360° VR) to own the entire immersive post-production pipeline, from raw footage to final delivery. This role is crucial for developing and implementing attractive, tailor-made concepts for our platform and events, ensuring technical and aesthetic requirements of immersive media are met with precision and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate the entire 360° VR post-production process: stitching, color grading, compositing, finishing, and final delivery in all relevant formats.
- Manage spatial audio post-production, including 3D audio editing, ambisonics processing, and coordination with the sound team.
- Maintain and develop the post-production pipeline, including proxy workflows, file structures, naming conventions, and status tracking.
- Ensure quality at every stage of production through technical QC for image and audio, and compliance with delivery specifications.
- Coordinate with the Senior Postproduction Manager, content team, and tech team, providing clear feedback on timelines, materials, or specifications.
- Accompany productions on-set when needed to ensure camera setups and post-production requirements are met.
- Serve as the final point of review before submission for various productions like live sports, music events, and brand productions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in 360° VR or immersive post-production, with independent project completion from stitch to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Mistika VR (stitching & optical flow).
- Hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve (color grading & finishing).
- Hands-on experience with After Effects (compositing, effects, equirectangular workflows).
- Solid understanding of 3D spatial audio workflows (Ambisonics, Dolby Atmos, binaural rendering).
- Experience with proxy workflows and large file pipelines (RAW, ProRes, 8K+).
- Ability to organize raw footage for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with PM tools such as Microsoft Planner, Notion, or Confluence for maintaining and documenting project status.
- Hands-on approach, focusing on timeline work rather than meetings.
- Precise and quality-conscious work ethic.
- Resilience under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for immersive media, 360° VR, and spatial audio.
- Communicative and reliable.
- Fluent in English and German for business communication.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for on-set productions, events, and partner meetings.
