About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the future of facility management, focusing on sustainability, digitalization, and customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Perform general tasks related to green space maintenance.
• Mow lawns and dispose of green waste.
• Water lawns and plantings.
• Clean and flush gutters and drains as needed.
• Control moss on sidewalks and access areas.
• Prune trees.
• Remove and dispose of leaves.
• Carry out new and replacement plantings.
• High-pressure cleaning of outdoor areas, sidewalks, and access points.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener, or experience in green space maintenance or comparable activities.
• Knowledge of handling industry-standard machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of caring for various plants.
• A driver's license class B or higher.
• Chainsaw training is advantageous.
• High physical resilience.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Very good German language skills (C2 level) in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Enjoy questioning things, improving processes, and shaping new ideas.
