About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to maintain our green spaces, manage a team of gardeners, and contribute to the development of new projects within our Facility Management services. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and sustainability of our properties.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of managed green spaces
• Care of trees, shrubs, and lawns
• New planting and replacement planting
• Creation and organization of plant care plans
• Leadership and coordination of the gardening team

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a master gardener or in a comparable field
• Proficient use of industry-standard machinery and equipment
• Leadership experience
• High physical resilience
• Driving license class B or higher
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills (C2 level) in spoken and written
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of responsibility
• Ability to organize and lead a team
• Enjoys questioning things, improving processes, and shaping new ideas
