About the Role

We are looking for someone who can support the Team Leader to drive business and empower your teammates. You will act as a secondary leader for the team helping to motivate, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and additional leadership to team members and the Team Leader
  • Assist the Team Leader to maintain a team focus on profit, margin, and turnover with the ultimate outcome of achieving 100% client and staff retention
  • Help lead a profitable business and assist with developing and empowering the team while leading by example in attitude and results
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Requirements

  • Must be a current Assistant Team Leader or Team member with Corporate Traveler USA
  • Proven track record of developing a client base, achieving results, and developing people
  • Consistently achieves high individual sales results while maintaining an extensive client base
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Strong client service focus, ensuring clients are the number one priority and the client experience is exceptional
  • Demonstrated passion and energy for Corporate Traveler’s values and systems
  • Ability to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and drive results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to embrace Flight Centre systems and process changes

Salary/Compensations

  • $28.85 hourly plus commission/incentive earnings
  • On target earnings average range between $60,000-$131,000
