Requirements

  • Preferred: One year of customer service, retail, or production experience
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for shift duration while maintaining a customer service mindset
  • Donation Attendants: Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Donation Attendants: Maintain customer service standards with donors

Salary/Compensations

  • Starting rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Salary range determined by education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria
  • Compensation decisions are dependent on case-specific facts and circumstances
  • Not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range
  • Certain roles eligible for incentive plan participation, subject to terms and conditions
