Responsibilities
- Price donations according to guidelines
- Achieve pricing goals
- Maximize mission funding
- Maintain efficient donation flow
- Greet and thank donors
- Carefully accept donations
- Keep production area organized
- Sort donations
- Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members
- Organize sales floor
- Facilitate customer item discovery

- Answer customer questions about Goodwill and donations
- Help customers navigate the store
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience
- Build relationships with customers
- Accurately ring up sales transactions
- Inform customers how purchases support job creation
- Ensure customer service excellence
Requirements
- Preferred: One year of customer service, retail, or production experience
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for shift duration while maintaining a customer service mindset
- Donation Attendants: Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Donation Attendants: Maintain customer service standards with donors

Salary/Compensations
- Starting rate: $15.00 per hour
- Salary range determined by education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria
- Compensation decisions are dependent on case-specific facts and circumstances
- Not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range
- Certain roles eligible for incentive plan participation, subject to terms and conditions
