About the Role

The Motion Designer creates storytelling-led, visually engaging videos, graphics, and visual effects for various media platforms. This role involves collaborating with creative directors, art directors, copy, and social teams to translate concepts into compelling motion graphics and ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings creative and technical expertise to develop David Yurman's storytelling and aesthetic across social and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in conceptualizing and storyboarding.
Execute high-quality videos and motion designs aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Edit videos, color film, and design titles to enhance projects.
Demonstrate expertise in video editing, motion graphics software, design principles, and storytelling.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and oversee production.
Collaborate effectively, present ideas, incorporate feedback, and address cross-functional requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to deliver innovative visual content.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion design or related fields.
Ability to create visually appealing and impactful videos.
Experience in fashion, beauty, and luxury industries.
