About the Role

Flex Point Academy is seeking a social media content creator to help grow our social media presence. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing social media strategies, and fostering community engagement to promote training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories, tailored for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, schedule, and post content while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and fostering a sense of community.
• Design and implement social media campaigns to promote Flex Point Academy’s courses and services, increasing visibility and enrollment.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and create actionable reports to improve engagement and reach.
• Work with internal teams to align content with the company’s goals, ensuring messaging supports broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be under the age of 25.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a related field.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection.
• Must be able to show proof that you will be enrolled in September 2026.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic and video editing software.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
