About the Role
Serve food to residents and guests in a fine dining in-house restaurant, featuring crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, top-quality fresh ingredients, and evolving seasonal and regional menus. Enjoy a balanced life with no late nights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make food and service suggestions.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials.
- Write and relay food orders to the kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock of dining areas and serving stations.
- Maintain required food handler certifications.

- No prior experience required; training provided.
