About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose maintenance issues, recommend options, and complete repairs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers for service alignment.
- Work with and train assigned helpers.
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers, employees, and supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of pool repair experience.
- Willingness and ability to obtain the Residential Appliance Installers License (RAIL).
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial practices, codes, and safety measures.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure with irate customers.
- Proficiency in electronic communication and use of various devices.
- Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
- Valid driver's license issued at least five years prior to application date.
