About the Role
The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing reports directly to the President and provides strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment management strategy. This role advances the College's Jesuit mission, academic excellence, financial vitality, and commitment to access and diversity, while shaping future growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership across the College.
- Lead institution-wide enrollment and marketing.
- Serve as a key member of the President’s Leadership Team.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment management strategy.
- Oversee undergraduate and graduate admission, financial aid, and communications and marketing.
- Guide integrated recruitment, retention, branding, and pricing strategies.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing, student-centered team.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize institutional resources.
- Serve as a visible advocate for Le Moyne with prospective students, families, school counselors, and external partners.
