About the Role

GLG is seeking Associates to excel at client service in a performance-driven, merit-based, and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions.
  • Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping, expert search/recruitment, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to leverage GLG's product suite for commercial outcomes, revenue growth, and account retention.
  • Uphold GLG's compliance framework and company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Receptive to close coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with attention to detail.
  • Hustle and tenacity to go above and beyond for clients.
  • Appreciation for data and understanding numbers.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours based on client needs.
