About the Role
The Senior Presales Enablement Manager manages the implementation of key enablement initiatives for global presales teams. This role drives presales execution, supports enablement programs, and acts as a liaison between field and global enablement teams, empowering presales teams to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional presales leaders to understand field needs and challenges, ensuring enablement programs support presales targets.
- Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including onboarding, training, workshops, and tools, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Facilitate live in-field and virtual Enablement sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional presales teams and global enablement, gathering feedback to improve strategies.
- Own defined shared initiatives that bridge multiple CX stakeholder groups, including newsletters, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide coaching support to presales and executive management to drive adoption of enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in presales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement, and demand generation.
- Prior experience as a field-based presales enablement leader working with presales and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation, and motivational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish, including benchmarks and status updates.
- Ability to build consensus and manage diverse stakeholders through influence.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Impact at all levels.
- Strong execution focus and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with/influence all organizational levels, particularly senior leaders.
