About the Role
This role involves portraying an assigned character through costume and personality, interacting with guests in a fun way, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Cast members should be outgoing, guest-oriented, and prepared for an active role requiring standing, dancing, or performing on stage for long periods. The fast-paced hospitality environment requires an 'All-Hands-On-Deck' mindset, meaning team members may assist with various tasks outside their primary duties.
Responsibilities
- Dress according to character assignment, including costume, make-up, voice, and body language.
- Learn and recite specific lines, songs, and dances, delivering narrations.
- Entertain guests with other cast members to accomplish storylines.
- Participate in rehearsals.
- Provide audience and guest control and engagement.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable being on stage and engaging with guests.
- Ability to sing, speak, or dance in front of large audiences.
