About the Role

This position oversees guest entry and exit from the golf course, assists guests with the game card kiosk, and manages prize redemption. Work is performed under the general supervision of Attractions Management.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for game card sales, registration, balance checks, and prize redemptions.
• Manage inventory of department supplies, redemption prizes, and arcade game supplies in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Conduct all opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies, prize room, cranes, game floor, and counter cleaning.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the store's arcade game inventory and operations.
• Maintain games, signage, and counters to be clear and visually appealing to customers.
• Remove trash and replace each bin liner at the end of each shift.
• Greet customers and complete all sales transactions for mini-golf.
• Perform shift opening and closing duties for mini-golf.
• Provide golf balls and clubs to customers at the mini-golf.
• Operate cash register, receive payment, and accurately provide change to customers.
• Inspect mini-golf course and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.
• Remove trash before the entrance and clear all bins throughout the course.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• 100% attendance of training session.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests.

• Ability to frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds.
• Possess specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment and perform tasks outside of regular job functions with an 'All-Hands-On-Deck' mindset.
