About the Role
The Golf Cart Attendant provides exceptional service and demonstrates excellent listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service golf carts before and between guest uses.
- Instruct guests on proper golf cart operation.
- Assign golf carts to guests.
- Inspect golf carts upon guest returns.
- Clean and sanitize golf carts.
- Report golf cart damages to office staff.
- Perform additional tasks and job functions as assigned with enthusiasm and dedication.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Maintain 100% attendance.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift or move items over fifty pounds.
- Clear communication with staff and guests.
- Comfortable interacting with people of all ages and genders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Maintain alertness and focus on tasks for prolonged periods.
- Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
