Responsibilities
- Build and develop a team of Sales Associates.
- Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.
- Greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
- Sell tile and related products.
- Learn and apply knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
- Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
- Learn installation processes and products to educate customers.
- Track store sales goals.
- Provide customers with product delivery status updates.
- Maintain professional standards to protect the brand.
- Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Apply good business practices.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Weekend availability required.
- 1+ years of experience in retail management.
- Previous sales experience.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, commission sales environment.
- Openness to independent learning and feedback.
