About the Role
This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery, and contributing to new business activities. You will build strong client and internal relationships, champion best practices, and manage project finances and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Prepare for and participate in new business activities to promote the Koto experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, advocating for both.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Champion best practices in project management and client service.
- Own projects and their resourcing, including strategic planning for future needs.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, extensions, and feedback with clients.
- Navigate and report financial data clearly, utilizing reporting tools.
- Actively participate in achieving company KPIs and monthly financial goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, empowering them to manage client relationships.
- Demonstrate passion and interest in branding and the design community.
- Confidently discuss branding and design topics in meetings and discussions.
Requirements
- Ability to work quickly, carefully, and autonomously.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, fees, extensions, and feedback.
- Ability to hold your own and de-escalate client issues.
- Ability to navigate and report financial data clearly.
- Willingness to work in person in the Berlin studio.
- Openness to travel globally.
- Passion and interest in branding and the design community.
- Ability to talk confidently about branding and design.
