About the Role

The Treasury Analyst will monitor and report on the group's funding and liquidity position, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with the Risk Department on liquidity risk management, stress testing, and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor headroom across various liquidity providers.
• Provide updates on large currency exposures, including long and short positions by currency pair.
• Issue instructions to dealers for trade allocation.
• Manage margin calls and margin exchange with liquidity providers.
• Analyze data to identify pinch points and the impact of market events.
• Collaborate with the Risk Department to develop and apply stress tests to the group's liquidity positions.
• Proactively manage cash flows to maintain liquidity levels within the Liquidity Risk Management Framework thresholds.
• Manage internal funding swaps and internal loans between group entities.
• Utilize hedging strategies and implement protective measures as needed.
• Gather expense data from across the business for liquidity forecasts.
• Develop the cash flow forecasting schedule and reports.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity assessment reports for risk committees.
• Monitor credit lines with liquidity providers.
• Contribute to liquidity-related risk governance activities and central risk documentation.
• Assist with committee reporting and related discussions.
