About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital product specialist to develop industry-leading websites and apps for our festivals. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of products that help fans discover events, buy tickets, and find information. You will also adapt product content in real-time at festivals and events, working with a team to drive ticket sales and grow first-party data.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver digital product roadmap
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of festival websites and apps, including user experience, ticket purchase flow, content, and data collection
  • Project manage the delivery of new websites and apps using various platforms
  • Respond to briefs on developing digital products for campaign needs, including for onsite/during live events
  • Line manage the digital product team, mentoring and developing staff
  • Deliver weekly reports to achieve incremental growth in reach and ticket sales
  • Perform weekly optimization of all platforms
  • Work with VP Marketing – Digital to continually advance platforms

Requirements

  • Experience developing websites and apps from scratch
  • Experience using a range of CMS
  • Experience with line management
  • Digital project management experience with internal teams and agencies under rigorous deadlines
  • Data analysis experience using GA4 and other tools
  • Confident problem-solving abilities
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Coding experience is desirable
