Weinstein Properties seeks a Groundskeeper for a temporary summer position. Responsibilities
- Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming
- Maintain the property's appearance
- Pick up trash and litter
- Clean pet waste stations
- Trash out apartments
- Perform light painting tasks
- Complete housekeeping duties as needed
- Support maintenance teams
- Perform planting, weeding, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
Requirements

- Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
- Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment like backpack blowers and power washers
- Ability to operate golf carts and trailers
- Ability to frequently bend and stoop for outdoor maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Ability to work in conditions with loud noise levels at times
