About the Role
As a Commercial Coordinator, you will serve as a crucial link between sales, clients, and internal departments. You will support the team in coordinating commercial processes, manage offers, orders, and communication, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the central sales team in managing clients and agencies for all group hotels.
- Organize and manage sales activities, including customer events, trade fairs, and roadshows.
- Maintain CRM and customer databases, and generate sales reports and performance analyses.
- Prepare and administratively support annual contracts, tenders, and RFPs.
- Coordinate MICE (Meetings & Events) inquiries in close collaboration with on-site hotels.
- Assist with central B2B marketing activities, such as newsletters, collaborations, and sales promotions.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel or tourism management, or a business degree with a focus on marketing or sales.
- Initial professional experience in sales or marketing support, preferably within a hotel group or the head office of a larger company.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Structured and reliable work approach, with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse teams and contacts.
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a good sense for professional B2B communication.
- Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
