About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team, providing a best-in-class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage all logistics for interviews and serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate.
- Manage the offer process, including sending new hire documentation and ensuring timely completion of required admission documentation.
- Support on operational projects, such as translating documentation.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support relationship building across the business.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment undergoing organizational changes, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
