About the Role
You will shape an infrastructure that supports critical communication around the clock, from internal networks to recoverable platforms.
Responsibilities
- Continuously maintain and develop Ansible automation for new and existing systems.
- Manage the Linux base operation of servers and actively work with the OpenStack platform (VM lifecycle, snapshots, network configuration).
- Operate platform tools such as CheckMK Monitoring and Graylog.
- Monitor data center operations (power, UPS, climate) and perform hardware maintenance (server/storage lifecycle, firmware, disk replacement).
Requirements
- Linux administration (Ubuntu)
- Ansible (reading, writing, refactoring Playbooks)
- Monitoring/Logging (CheckMK, Graylog)
- Git
- Willingness for hands-on hardware work in the data center (server/storage lifecycle, firmware, disk replacement)
- Proficiency in German
- First CI/CD experience
- Relevant professional experience
