About the Role
The Creative Delivery Manager leads the in-house creative team and roster of freelancers for Australian Red Cross, driving creative strategy and delivery of marketing, communication, and digital campaigns. This role maximizes budgets to produce high-quality content that strengthens the brand, meets objectives, and ensures ethical storytelling standards.
Responsibilities
- Leads the in-house creative team and roster of freelancers.
- Drives the creative strategy and delivery of marketing, communication, and digital campaigns.
- Maximizes budgets to produce high-quality content.
- Ensures every story told meets the highest ethical standards.
- Guides the team to handle complex humanitarian stories with care, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Provides leadership and support to transform stories into strong emotive assets.
Requirements
- Substantial experience interpreting and strengthening a brief and its target audience to produce strategic and creative outputs that emotionally engage audiences, drive action and hit target.
- Proven experience in managing a creative delivery team.
- Experience in successful creative strategy development, campaign management and creative execution by delivering solutions for both internal and external audiences.
- Proven track record in creative project management and resource management.
- Substantial experience in managing tight resources to achieve the most within set parameters.
- Substantial brand/marketing knowledge and experience in a client-based, or creative agency role delivering within a complex matrixed organisation.
- Experience in ethical, respectful storytelling, especially in sensitive humanitarian contexts is advantageous.
