About the Role

IMPACT EVOLVE is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their team and grow with the company. This role is for an individual with a supply chain degree, genuine hunger, and the ambition to build a career in consulting. You will work on live client engagements from day one, with close support and mentorship from the founder and senior team, focusing on your development. The role offers significant variety, pace, and access, aiming to develop early-career talent into future leaders of supply chain consulting.

Responsibilities

Working across live client engagements spanning 3PL selection, international expansion, tech and systems design, S&OP, carrier negotiation, and supply chain strategy
Building cost models, financial analyses, and savings scenarios that underpin recommendations
Producing RFP documents, process maps, and client-ready presentations
Conducting research into markets, providers, and benchmarks to support shortlisting and evaluation
Supporting the team across multiple engagements simultaneously, tracking actions, managing moving parts, and keeping projects on track
Growing into a consultant role with increased client exposure and independence

Requirements

A degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations is essential
Genuine hunger and ambition
Takes ownership without being asked and sees every task as an opportunity to learn
Resilient, bounces back quickly, takes feedback well, and can handle difficult situations
Willing to do groundwork and detailed tasks
Works well in a small, fast-moving team
Low ego, comfortable with both groundwork and visible work
Analytically strong, comfortable with data and building financial models in Excel
Strong communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly in a client-facing context
Highly organised, able to manage several workstreams simultaneously
Detail-oriented
AI-literate, uses tools like Claude or ChatGPT effectively
Ability and desire to travel to client sites regularly
