About the Role

PVH is a global leader in fashion and lifestyle, known for its iconic brands like CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER. We are seeking a Flexible Sales Assistant for our Berlin store who can provide personal and professional customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent our premium lifestyle brand, drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to visual merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
Competent sales of our collections
Customer care and development of regular and new customers
Independent work within your sales team
Collaboration with the VM team and participation in product presentation
Cashiering and complaint processing

Requirements

Ideally, initial experience in textile retail
A high affinity for sales
A motivating, self-confident personality and social skills
Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
