About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager for our Beckenham, Queens Road Nursery, which features state-of-the-art facilities, including bright indoor rooms and outdoor areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Baby Room at Little Elms Beckenham Queens Road.
Requirements
- Must have a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
- Must possess excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Must have the ability to use your own initiative.
- Must demonstrate passion in day-to-day interactions with children.
- Position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references.
- Required to undertake online safeguarding training.
- All positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
- The company is unable to sponsor employment of international workers.
- Must provide evidence of the right to work in the UK.
