About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical, systems-oriented CRM Automation & MarTech Lead to own the global automation and infrastructure layer of our CRM function. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our CRM Operating model - moving from manual execution to scalable, automated systems. You will work cross-functionally with Global CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize our MarTech stack, improve data flows, and design frameworks that enable high-velocity experimentation and personalisation. Serving as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will ensure that global CRM teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and infrastructure needed to operate efficiently and scale effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign how campaigns are triggered and coordinated, reducing reliance on repetitive manual builds.
  • Develop and implement automation systems that enable always-on lifecycle journeys and dynamic campaign execution.
  • Own and optimize the integration of core platforms from Marketing (Braze, SFMC, Amplitude, HighTouch, Redshift), ensuring clean, reliable, and real-time data flow.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, technical debt, and bottlenecks across the CRM ecosystem.
  • Streamline campaign build, QA, and deployment workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement and manage low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Make, n8n) to reduce manual intervention.
  • Define and enforce global best practices, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
  • Build systems that enable faster A/B testing cycles and more reliable measurement.
  • Establish a foundation for continuous experimentation and performance improvement across lifecycle programs.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong focus on automation and MarTech infrastructure in a global or multi-market environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of multi-channel orchestration.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Comfortable working with tools like Amplitude, HighTouch, and data warehouses such as Redshift.
  • Practical experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable), with a focus on reducing manual effort and increasing scalability.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and webhooks to support data integration and automation use cases.
  • Systems Thinker: You identify leverage points, simplify complexity, and design scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on Operator: You are comfortable owning projects end-to-end—from strategy through to technical implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaborator: You effectively bridge CRM, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Impact-driven: You prioritize work based on measurable outcomes, speed, and long-term scalability.
