About the Role

You will be part of the IT Engineering and Operations team, focusing on Solutions Engineering to design security across tools and devices, and provide local and remote support to company employees.

Responsibilities

• Design security across tools and devices.
• Provide local and remote support to company employees.
• Follow and implement new processes with documentation.
• Ensure infrastructure is working as expected and fix issues proactively.
• Improve workflows and processes to save costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure system availability, security, and compliance of internal networks.
• Collaborate with sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems.
• Analyze and resolve operational malfunctions.
• Provide support via ticketing system, remote connections, or in-person visits.
• Ensure users respect policies and compliance, or correct issues by supporting them.
• Assist in the design and implementation of management tools, network, security, and ticket management.
• Work with Addigy, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, Okta, and Atlassian, maintaining and improving these systems.
• Contribute to larger team projects.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, MDM, and Okta or similar.
• Provide solutions and implement new features without disrupting current services.
• Customer-oriented with ITIL-like methodology for support.
• Experience with scripting.
• Experience with MDM deployment tools (Addigy, JAMF, Intune).
• At least 5 years of experience in this domain.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Solution-oriented thinking with a hands-on technical mentality.
