About the Role

Responsibilities
- Complete training as a retail clerk in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a trade specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce).
- Obtain qualification as a trainer.
- Manage goods processes from ordering to sales and customer shopping experience.
- Take responsibility for a product area, personnel scheduling, and inventory.
- Support the evaluation of business key figures, such as store sales.
Requirements
- Have or be close to completing Abitur or Fachhochschulreife.
- Interest in learning about ordering, sales, and assortment of goods.
- Willingness to approach people and communicate effectively.
- High motivation, reliability, and flexibility to work around store opening hours.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €1,350 gross monthly for the first six months.
- Minimum €1,500 gross monthly from month 7-18.
- Above-tariff salary from month 19.
