Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership and direction to HR-IT-Product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Steer 5 Product Owners and support them in their technical leadership role.
- Lead the management of the HR-IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy.
- Facilitate the delivery of international IT projects, guiding teams for successful execution.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and product vision.
- Hold full responsibility for the HR-IT budget and hold Product Owners accountable for their figures.
- Define the international strategy for internal and external workforce with the leadership team.
- Take responsibility for negotiating contracts with external service providers and ensure contract terms and durations are monitored.
- Collaborate with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where interdependencies affect multiple teams/solutions.
- Work closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM), and the Product Line Manager of Enterprise Applications.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience of 10+ years of leading teams and leading leaders using strong leadership skills, including managing complex situations.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, specifically within HR IT.
- Technical system understanding of SAP HCM, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors.
- Several years of experience in implementation of digitalization projects.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.
- Proficient in managing transformation processes and implementing change management strategies.
- Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
