About the Role
As a Founders Associate (Strategy & Expansion), you will work directly with the Chief of Staff and the Founders to navigate high-stakes capital raises, strategic scaling, and the hands-on reality of premium physical roll-outs. You will translate the brand’s DNA into new spaces while ensuring operational performance across the studio network.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new expansion frontiers using urban trends and success metrics.
- Draft high-stakes investment memos to define the future footprint.
- Monitor construction progress and shape on-site decision-making to ensure premium standards.
- Prepare and support high-level presentations for the board of directors and investors.
- Play a key role in capital raises and strategic roadmap development.
- Drive retail performance projects to grow revenue per location.
- Architect and manage a network of premium suppliers and specialized contractors.
- Negotiate terms with partners to balance quality with scalable cost structures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience or a strong internship track record in high-performance environments such as consulting, VC, investment banking, or top-tier startups.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AI tools like Claude to solve problems efficiently.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Hands-on personality with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear operational solutions.
