About the Role
RBC Capital Markets is seeking energetic, bright, and talented undergraduates for our Global Markets Summer Internship Program in Sydney. This 10-week program provides opportunities and professional development for interns to gain meaningful work experience, including goal setting, mentoring, and a formal review process. Successful interns may be considered for graduate positions upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Work on real projects that provide hands-on experiences, deep insights into business operations, and valuable contacts.
- Collaborate with leaders who support development through coaching and career management.
- Participate in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team environment.
- Access world-class training to learn about businesses and develop career-enhancing skills.
- Engage in initiatives that create positive social and economic impact in communities.
- Gain practical experience across various asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies, and Central Funding on the trading floor.
- Collaborate with Equity Research to understand market structure and strategies.
- Gain exposure to Debt Capital Markets, Securitization, and Risk Solution transactions.
Requirements
- Candidates must be in their penultimate year of study.
- Candidates must be Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents or eligible to work in Australia.
