About the Role
This role focuses on accelerating EMEA growth by enabling country teams to execute local growth plans, with a primary focus on driving demand. You will work closely with marketing, growth marketing, product, communications, data science, and policy to develop scalable, holistic programs across markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional business initiatives end-to-end.
- Define a crisp problem statement, articulate the ideal solution, identify key dependencies, work with stakeholders, and drive post-mortems.
- Support business growth and acceleration by sourcing and operating innovative levers.
- Size, coordinate, and operate pilots around topics such as traffic, CRM, growth marketing, new supply segments, and distribution partnerships.
- Drive regular business operation meetings and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Organize and lead weekly meetings or working routines with cross-functional project teams.
- Present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to the regional leadership team to drive key business decisions.
- Analyze macro and micro trends using available data sources and tools to define key problems.
- Frame recommendations and plans based on consultation with internal stakeholders to support leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience, preferably with experience in business consulting or Strategy and Operations in a scale-up.
- Business background with understanding of operations and/or sales, growth marketing and commercial partnerships.
- Strong project management experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments, ideally in tech companies or in innovation business units.
- Mastery of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve them.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work for oneself and various functions to achieve common goals.
- Hands-on approach and detail-oriented.
- Getting things done fast and learning by doer mindset.
- Fluent in English required.
