About the Role

This role offers full ownership of two key accounts, JS and ASDA, with responsibility for leading customer relationships, delivering the P&L, shaping forecasts, and negotiating and executing the JBP. It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial analysis with action, using data and insight to spot opportunities, influence account strategy, and deliver winning plans in store and online.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through data analysis and intellectual curiosity.
  • Develop financial competence and lead internal forecasting and grow customer specific P&Ls.
  • Develop, simplify, and sell account specific strategies.
  • Interpret data and use creativity to influence through engaging stories that solve retailer needs.
  • Deliver solution-focused plans with your retailer.
  • Engage in project management to deliver winning plans in store and online.
  • Engage in negotiations that generate mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer relationship management skills are critical.
  • Demonstrate ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions.
  • Possess sound negotiation skills.
  • Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner.
  • Take on entrepreneurial challenges and simplify the complex.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with different stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to translate complex data into simple solutions.
  • Ability to bounce back after disappointment or set back.
  • Drive growth.
  • Understanding of growth levers and 6Ps Marketing.
  • Understanding of commercial toolkit RGM.
