About the Role
Lead strategic transformation for enterprise clients across HR, payroll, and procurement domains. Utilize structured methodologies like MEDDICC or Sandler to navigate intricate stakeholder landscapes, leverage cross-functional expertise, and shape compelling points of view that unlock long-term value and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity creation via multi-channel prospecting through to deal execution and close.
- Lead high-value discovery engagements with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT, Procurement and Transformation leaders to uncover strategic priorities and shape solutions.
- Position the organisation as a trusted advisor by delivering compelling points of view and guiding customers through complex HRIS and finance transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects to co-create robust, compliant solutions across HR, Payroll, Procurement and Governance domains.
- Develop deep industry and persona insight through research, account tiering, and market mapping to effectively prioritise efforts and unlock new opportunities.
- Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts, balancing competing priorities while maximising long-term value and growth.
- Maintain excellence in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and structured deal governance within a disciplined, collaborative sales environment.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and thought leadership by sharing market intelligence, engaging in sector activity, and partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous value creation.
Requirements
- Five to ten years experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS/HR tech sales, with a proven track record of leading complex, transformation-focused sales cycles.
- Credible and confident engaging C-suite stakeholders as well as senior finance, IT, and transformation leaders within complex governance environments.
- A strategic, collaborative seller who excels in navigating multi-threaded sales cycles with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong command of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Sandler), with a disciplined approach to qualification and deal execution.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset—proactive, forward-thinking, and intentional about personal and professional development.
- Able to craft compelling points of view and confidently hold an opinion, building credibility as a trusted advisor in HR and workforce transformation.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum in high-value deals.
