About the Role

Provide delivery capacity as a Senior Workday Financials Consultant within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support production operations, ongoing enhancements, and strategic initiatives across multiple Workday Financials domains. This role requires deep functional expertise, the ability to operate independently, and versatility to adapt to shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on configuration, support, and optimization across multiple Workday Financials domains.
Act as a flexible resource, addressing priority areas based on evolving business needs.
Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
Design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Contribute to ongoing enhancements, process improvements, and operational optimizations.
Support day-to-day production support activities and project-based initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure system effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
Experience supporting production support and project-based work.
Proven expertise across multiple Workday Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, and Banking & Settlement.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.
Experience working within lean teams with broad domain ownership.
Strong communication skills for direct engagement with business stakeholders.
Experience with VNDLY.
