About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant for their Dee Why clinic. This role is crucial for enhancing customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments, collaborating with physicians to create tailored treatment plans. It's an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual passionate about obstructive sleep apnea management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep-disordered breathing.
• Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
• Conduct follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and offer ongoing support to existing patients.
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell the product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments is highly regarded.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Valid and full Australian working rights.
• Background checks including reference checks, medical check, police check, and Australian working rights confirmation are required as part of the pre-employment process.
