About the Role

Join our Corporate Development team as a commercially minded Associate or Manager, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development. This broad function offers exposure to corporate finance, capital raising, M&A, debt strategy, investor relations, and strategic special projects in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support equity fundraising, including a planned Series D, by preparing investor materials and managing due diligence.
  • Assist with debt capital initiatives, facility structuring, reporting, and analysis, including public debt market transactions.
  • Maintain and develop the core corporate financial model, executing scenario analysis for long-term strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Support the evaluation and execution of growth, partnership, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Analyze product, segment, and channel unit economics to identify profitability drivers and support commercial strategy.
  • Prepare clear financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, strategic finance, or a closely related role in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience within the financial services or fintech sector is highly regarded.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analytical capabilities, with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Highly autonomous, reliable, and accountable, with the ability to take independent ownership of tasks in a small team and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to handle multiple workflows end-to-end.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior executives and external partners.
  • Strong academic background.
