About the Role

This role involves account sales activities for analytical instrument products, including EDS, EBSD, manipulators, Raman, nano-indenters, and software. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and delivery, while also resolving customer issues. The position requires promoting products to new and existing customers in sectors like corporate R&D, university research, and government facilities. This role also includes promotional activities such as planning seminars, participating in exhibitions, and attending academic conferences, necessitating several domestic business trips per month. Communication in English, primarily via email, is required for tasks like delivery management with the UK-based development and manufacturing base, and understanding product specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct account sales activities for Analytical Instruments Division products (EDS, EBSD, manipulators, Raman, nano-indenters, software, etc.).
  • Perform regional territory sales activities for Analytical Instruments Division products.
  • Develop and build relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory, and maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Take responsibility for all sales processes from lead generation to technical review, negotiation, order placement, and delivery.
  • Resolve issues for existing customers.
  • Input the latest sales status into the CRM system or sales inquiry management table.

Requirements

  • More than several years of sales experience in scientific and analytical instrument-related products.
  • Sales experience with scanning electron microscopes, transmission electron microscopes, and FIB-SEM equipment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, strong motivation, and execution ability.
  • Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal relationship building, negotiation, and proactiveness.
  • Basic business document creation skills.
  • Presentation skills.
