About the Role
Support reliable, secure, and high-performing network services within a complex, multi-vendor environment. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, leveraging network architecture understanding to support design, optimize configurations, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues and outages
- Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions, including emergency changes
- Execute routine and scheduled network changes in line with change management processes
- Participate in change reviews and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Support and maintain network architecture design standards and configurations
- Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices
- Provide technical support for network-related issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and service engineers
- Document configurations, architecture diagrams, processes, and incident resolutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in network support within a complex, multi-vendor environment
- Hands-on experience with network architecture concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN design, routing and switching, segmentation, redundancy models)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security best practices
- Experience with change management processes and tools
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-priority incidents
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Eligible for discretionary annual bonus program (based on performance)
