About the Role
Support our team as a dedicated part-time Back Office Assistant (25 hours/week) for multiple hotel locations in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Support with preliminary accounting
- Review invoices and commission statements
- Assist hotel management of multiple locations in Berlin with administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordinate and communicate between hotels and the back office
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Experience or training in the hotel industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of cross-location collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- Comfort with numbers and analytical thinking are strengths
- IT-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Experience in managing multiple projects and ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- Independent work style is a given
