About the Role
As Senior Designer for MYOB Acumatica's Embedded Finance squad, you will shape how financial features like payments and money movement are integrated into the Acumatica experience. You will gain a deep understanding of current financial practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and design seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the build agenda within the Embedded Finance squad, driving focus toward key financial moments for partners and customers.
- Develop and maintain a data-driven understanding of how partners and customers transfer and handle money to identify obstacles and needs.
- Map and build end-to-end financial experiences across MYOB Acumatica and integrated third-party capabilities.
- Build onboarding, activation, and value moments to drive adoption of financial capabilities and contribute to revenue goals.
- Incorporate external financial services providers into the build process from inception.
- Incorporate AI within the creative workflow for research synthesis, concept generation, and prototype development.
- Contribute to the broader build team through peer review, shared standards, and collective understanding of the partner and customer landscape.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product, service, or experience building with a strong research component.
- Proven ability to plan and run qualitative research and produce end-to-end journey maps, service blueprints, and system maps at scale.
- Experience crafting financial workflows, payments, or regulated transactional domains, understanding trust, control, and compliance influences.
- Experience crafting coordinated experiences involving multiple providers or systems in a B2B setting, making third-party features feel native.
- Comfortable working toward commercial outcomes, with experience crafting for adoption, activation, and revenue-relevant moments.
- Clear, current perspective on how AI is transforming the building craft and reshaping financial workflows, supported by hands-on experience.
- Strong facilitation and collaborator alignment skills, including across squad boundaries and with external partners.
