About the Role

We are seeking a Market Insights Manager to provide insights and analysis for high-quality decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights & analysis to enable high quality decision making across our business.
- Respond to adhoc business questions.
- Produce periodic reporting that supports our business planning process.
- Provide projections/forecasts on future market growth and dynamics.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of external data providers (e.g. Circana & Worldpanel).
- Manage embedded agency resource.
- Lead our data partners integration.
- Create a data democracy.
- Ensure key performance data is available to a wide range of stakeholders across our business on a periodic basis.
Requirements
- Comfortable working across all levels of a matrix organization.
- Able to make the complex simple and understood.
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets.
- Compelling communicator and presenter who’s able to tailor dependent on audience.
- Experienced in managing external data agency workloads and day-to-day relationships.
- Comfortable in designing needs-based Excel & Power BI solutions.
- Experienced with working with EPOS and shopper data suppliers (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, etc.).
