Airport Team Lead needed to support airport activations and community events. Responsibilities
- Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on-site.
- Represent the airport brand with professionalism and personality.
- Keep the team motivated and focused on program goals.
- Manage breaks, inventory, assets, and activation flow.
- Oversee set-up, tear-down, troubleshooting, and footprint maintenance.
- Communicate with the PPL account team and client when required.
- Complete post-shift reporting.
- Support community events and special activations throughout the year.
Requirements
- Outgoing, organized, and people-first.
- Reliable, positive, and passionate about leading people.
- Natural communicator.
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in busy, public environments.
- Confident using email, internet tools, and basic reporting.
- Comfortable capturing photos or content (bonus).
