About the Role

Airport Team Lead needed to support airport activations and community events. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on-site.
• Represent the airport brand with professionalism and personality.
• Keep the team motivated and focused on program goals.
• Manage breaks, inventory, assets, and activation flow.
• Oversee set-up, tear-down, troubleshooting, and footprint maintenance.
• Communicate with the PPL account team and client when required.
• Complete post-shift reporting.
• Support community events and special activations throughout the year.

Requirements

• Natural communicator.
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in busy, public environments.
• Confident using email, internet tools, and basic reporting.
